Our Principles

The Purpose of Our Processing

For customers, the purpose of our processing of your personal information is managing the implementation of pre-contractual measures, as well as managing the implementation and fulfillment of contractual obligations mutually agreed upon.

For prospect customers, the purpose of our processing of your personal information is our sales and marketing strategy to be able to keep you informed about our products and services.

Our legal basis for our processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)b and f in GDPR (fulfillment of a contract and legitimate interests).

  • The transfer is required for the sales and marketing of products and services by Immudex subsidiaries

Period of Data Retention

For customers, we will keep your information for as long as it is strictly required by the law.

For prospect customers, we will keep your information as long as you are an actively Newsletter and/or email recipient, or until you unsubscribe from Newsletter or all email communication. You can at any time wish to be removed from our contact database, please contact [email protected].

In the absence of specific legal requirements, your personal data will be kept for the necessary time and within the limits provided for by the regulations in force, including in terms of limitation.
